B is for Buffets
On a recent scan of sites for my Pinterest boards, I came across some advice for a buffet station...well the first diagram worked for me...
But not the second. So I redrew it (albeit using their nice graphic elements). Much better than my self-drawn version of a couple of months back. And here it is:
